Okay. I am sure you heard the saying “Everything doesn’t turn out how you plan”? Well lets just say this session with Lindsay & Edward did not go how we planned. Lindsay & Edward wanted to get beautiful city views during their engagement session. Coming from the DC area at the time, they wanted to capture the essence of their new home in Pittsburgh. So we decided on Sunrise pictures on the overlook. We decided to meet early around 645 am, right before the sun was scheduled to rise. But much to our dismay, when I woke up that morning, all I could see was fog. We continued our session through the fog hoping it would let up but it didn’t. Although it wasn’t exactly how we planned, there was something beautiful about that fog. It was as if Lindsay & Edward were in their own little world, of course with their adorable dog too!! It ended up being an amazing engagement session. We got to learn more about these two wonderful souls and how they fell in love. Its a good reminder that somethings don’t always play out how you imagined, but if you keep rolling with it, things just might surprise you.
