One of the most special things about being a baby and family photographer is watching families and kids grow up right in front of my camera! For this session, baby Charlie’s mom planned out her 6 month old portraits with a few fun themes.

For all of Kylie’s beautiful children, I have had the privilege of capturing their first year at 3, 6, 9, and 12 months. Kylie, as always, knows how to plan such amazing sets for these photoshoots! I always have a blast incorporating her props and colors. For this session, we featured a fall set, an apple bucket, and Charlotte’s birthday theme, Alice in Wonderland. Kylie is awesome and always plans all the themes right after her children are born. Of course, we even had to to do a little throwback with her siblings photos with their stuffed animals.

One of my favorite moments was when Charlie’s older brother and sister wanted to join in on the fun, especially with the bucket of water. They splashed and played with Charlie, and just couldn’t resist even getting in themselves!

I am always so honored to help families capture, celebrate, and honor each phase of their kids’ lives, especially when these tiny babies grow up so fast!
