Leda and Jeff’s Presque Isle Maternity Photos at Lake Erie

Leda and Jeff are wonderful friends of mine, and it meant so much to me that they asked me to capture this special time in their lives. The two-hour drive to Presque Isle, Lake Erie was absolutely worth it to take these maternity photos for them as they wait for their baby boy to arrive! After photographing their engagement session a few years ago, and a downsized wedding with only their closest family and friends due to Covid, I am beyond excited to see these two expanding their family! I see many playdates together in the future! Baby boy is due to arrive in July, and Leda and Jeff are keeping his name a surprise until he arrives. Not even their own parents know! I can’t wait to meet this adorable boy and see who he resembles more.

While I love me a good golden hour as much as the next photographer, this beach sunset was beyond perfect. This baby is such a blessing after a hard year for Leda’s family, who recently lost her father. I just know many angels are watching over this baby. He will be so loved!
