How is everyone!!?!? I hope everyone had a wonderful thanksgiving last week!!

I love the holiday season. It really gives you the chance to be thankful for your blessings and appreciate the past year. As we head into the end of 2017, I can’t help but look back at it all. Its crazy when you think about where you were last year, or even the year before that, and how different life can evolve in just a few years.

When you envision your future, sometimes, it doesn’t end up being what you pictured, its way better. I couldn’t be more happier of where this business has taken me. I met so many wonderful people and it has truly changed my life.

But as I evolve, so does this wonderful passion of mine. For me, my passion is my business. Not only to capture moments, but to make people laugh and smile. People are my true passion and I value the influence of kindness.

With that being said, I have a wonderful announcement to make. My business name will be changing.

When I started officially on my own in 2014, “Your Story” was created to focus on the story of my clients. But if I am being honest, “Your Story” was also a way to hide. To hide from the people who thought “oh boy not another photographer!!” Like many other business owners, I was nervous that I wouldn’t be taken seriously. Now years later, it feels a little silly to think about it.

Today, as a confident owner of my craft, I am excited to announce my new business name, Danielle Durbin Film & Photo.

I say farewell to “Your Story Films & Photography” and hello to a brand that represents my passion, style, & values.
