Weekday Rates

  • $50 per hour with a 2 hour minimum

  • $300 8 hour day rate

Weekend Rates 

  • $65 per hour with a 2 hour minimum

  • $400 8 hour day rate

Themed Decorated Rental Rates Sept-March

  • $75 per hour Weekdays

  • $100 per hour Weekend days

Rental Includes:

  •  Access to West Pike Studio, the building break room, buildings restrooms, mini fridge, and coffee machine.

  • Use of all available furniture, props, tv, and decor.

West Pike Studio is a luxury studio located south of Pittsburgh, in the heart of Canonsburg. Windows surround, this 2nd floor studio has natural light galore. Frame Tv is perfect for IPS setup and for client meetings. Queen Bed with Velvet Headboard is ultimate for boudoir sessions, complete with a Hair & Makeup application area. Attract luxury clients, give them an experience to want to buy more. The studio does rearrange from time to time, Please inquire if you want to know what the current layout is.

Is this handicap accessible?

Unfortunately, it is not. There is a staircase up to the 2nd floor.

What are the available hours?

The studio hours are 9:30 am to 4:00 pm. Contact me to ask about hours outside of those time slots.

Is all the furniture there that is in the photos? 

Some furniture in the rental does get filtered out or rearranged quite often. Majority of the big furniture as the bed, couch, & desk are always there but in different layouts throughout the year. If you would like current pictures of the space, feel free to email me.

What is a themed decorated rental?

September through February, the studio is decorated for either an upcoming holiday, or theme. Please email or check facebook for current pictures. If you wish to use the studio while decorated, there is a higher rate.

Are you allowed to use the TV?

Absolutely!! Great for slideshows, playing music, or Disney+ for distraction with little ones.
